New Retail & Restaurant Development Coming to League City

A new 24.5 acre retail and restaurant development is coming to League City!

The new project, Lilac Field, will include 300,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, and build-to-suit warehouses for businesses. Located at the cross section of Highway 146 and Highway 96, the development promises to be a vibrant hub for entertainment, dining, and shopping.

Construction on Lilac Field is set to begin in March, with an anticipated completion by the end of 2025.
