Westland Ranch Fall Harvest Grand Opening Event Set for October 21

Westland Ranch is preparing for the community's Fall Harvest Grand Opening event, to be held Saturday, October 21st from noon to 4 pm. The event will feature free food and fun as well as showcase two new model homes by Ashton Woods Homes and D.R. Horton, as well as the opening of a sales center by K. Hovnanian Homes. 

Guests will enjoy the Southern Sliders and Mooseum Ice Cream food trucks, a pumpkin patch with an artist on hand to personalize your pumpkin, caramel apples, a giant inflatable corn maze, bungee trampolines, face painting, live music and the change to register to win a $1,000 AmEx gift card. No purchase is necessary to win and every entry has an equal chance of winning. 

New furnished model homes by Ashton Woods and D.R. Horton will be open for touring. K. Hovnanian Homes has opened a sales office and started construction on a model home. They will be building on the community's largest, 70' homesites.

 New homes in Westland Ranch, located in League City and Clear Creek ISD, start in the mid $300,000s. This 838-acre community will be home to 970 families at completion. There will be an impressive recreation center at the heart of the community, featuring a resort-style pool, pickle ball courts, an event lawn and play complex.
